25.01.2022 Intuitive eating has gradually become the best and most simple approach to eating for me. The intuitive food approach is an eating style that promotes a healthy, and balanced attitude towards food and body image. The idea is that you should eat wholesome, delicious food when you're hungry and stop when you're full. You must not limit yourself to conventional eating styles, patterns or habits. For example, if you awaken in the morning and FEEL like a wholemeal pancake with ...fresh fig and ricotta then have it. In the evening you FEEL like green olives, and pesto as a main meal, then go for it! The idea is to abandon any fixed thoughts about meal sizes, times, and choices. Enjoy your food mindfully. Stop eating when you are full, and simply relish and then detach when the eating experience is over. 24.01.2022 The human immune system is never out to kill bacteria & viruses ... That simply is not its purpose because this kind of pathology is really normal! (For the young + old) It’s purpose is to bring you into balance with those organisms. ... If we where a germ free sterilised collective we would all be dead. That’s right your body sends health messages (frequencies) to other bodies all day, everyday. Regardless of facemasks and hand sani. The elderly and sick struggle with viral infection because often the metabolic system is toxic. Children not so much, as they are mostly free from metabolic congestion. Humans are inherently a creative species. We crave biological & spiritual freedom. I have tried to share new notions, underground remedies & other stuff with friends and family.
