05.01.2022 Today is World Mental Health Day and 2020 has had an impact on people of all ages, religions, genders, cultures, socio-economic stars or anything else. Mental health struggles do not discriminate, anyone can face this. But there is help available for all of us. We will post some links in the comments for services you can access for yourself, or to help support others. The Kids Help Line is a fantastic resource for helping to support your children, including teenagers. There... are resources on there for children, parents, carers, teachers or anyone who wants to get more information, advice and tips. And from 5 years old children can call the KHL themselves to have a chat and get some support.
