We removed and trimmed the doors, sealed the bare timber for protection, repositioned the locks and reinstalled them so they function perfectly again. Due to a build-up of leaves in the roof valley, combined with a slipped tile and some heavy downpours, this home experienced a leak into the roof space, damaging the ceiling below. We cleaned the roof, found the issue and fixed it. The roof is very high, steep and slippery, so best left to the professionals with the right equipment and experience! We designed the new space with soft surfaces using timber decking and artificial grass over the existing tiles.
