We provide support in personal care, showering, dressing, medication management and meal preparation. ... Home Living Our home living services aim to make living at home stress-free and enjoyable. We can assist in getting up in the morning, laundry, cleaning, shopping, and preparing the home to have friends and family over. Social and Community Participation Our social and community participation services helps people with disability access and engage with the community. Whether it is playing sports, catching up with friends, going to social events or work, we can assist with transport and any personal support required when out. We also support our clients faith and worship values, and any cultural experiences that they wish to attend. Diet, Health and Wellbeing We can support our clients in living a healthy lifestyle and improving their wellbeing. We cater to allergies and any specific diets including cultural diets and vegetarianism. Skills Development We provide services to help people with disability learn new skills. This can include cooking meals, learning to use a new technology, or playing a musical instrument. Our services support personal growth and life skills, aiming to help people with disability to live life more independently.

02.01.2022 His Grace Care, is a new NDIS Provider in Canberra and surrounding region. It was founded with a passionate spirit and a meaningful purpose: to offer care and support to people with disability, while breaking the barriers faced when learning new skills, connecting with community, and navigating new systems. We have worked in disability and aged care support for many years in the ACT and have been discouraged by the casual attitudes that the carers have towards working with p...eople with disability.
