CLICK ON THE LINK https://www.qt.com.au/ JOHN Sbeghen reckons he's got the A-Z of the animal kingdom in his Rosewood home. The 71-year-old retired housepainter has been collecting taxidermised animals since he was young, his grandfather had his own collection and encouraged his grandson's passion. Mr Sbeghen said he's gone all over the world and to all sorts of auctions to pick up a new critter. "All over the world going to auctions I've been doing it all my life, my grandfather's to blame," he said. "I've just been collecting them since then on, I had a wife, she said I wasn't allowed, then she died from cancer and I went from there." Mr Sbeghen said he doesn't play favourites with the menagerie, which he sources mostly from deceased estate auctions in Australia. He estimated he had at least "a couple of hundred" pieces and said the care varied from piece to piece.

22.01.2022 Pariah Paranormal visited the Historic Rosewood Hotel last night - A few things happened I am told - awaiting their report next week or so - front right window with the word Bar on it was a door once. An American Negro Soldier was shot in the door way of the Hotel during the 2nd World War - There was an American Camp at nearby Calvert.

Not sure of his exact age but he is about 79 - and he loves living at the Hotel - With the regards to the Ghost - He is a non believer - I have my suspicions I think he knows the pioneering female ghostly lady very well actually (SmileyFace)

KIM LOCK and her team caught a couple of things: a strange misty anomaly as soon as we entered the building with the camera, an unexplained shadow which is in the back room with the stacked chairs and also some interesting electronic voice recordings. We CLEARLY hear the name David and also when I say you gave us permission to speak with them, a whispered "David did" is heard. Kim recommends using headphones to listen to the EVP session.
