24.01.2022 Another interesting post, history seems to repeat itself quite often. A sad part of Malta's history.
22.01.2022 Hi to everyone, once again, just have been reading a few of the posts l have put on my page, " History and photos of Malta," and decided to post this one again, just really love it, hope you guys especially in Malta really enjoy this video, you guys are so welcoming to many tourists and it is so special to read this article. It gives me a warm feeling to hear that these "movie makers," just appreciate Malta and the people who make them so welcome which makes it easier for them and also the Maltese people, my husband Bruce and l can't wait to go back again. For my friends and family in Australia, hope you enjoy this video too.
21.01.2022 I have decided to post this memory again, hoping that more children and adults are learning and speaking the Maltese language, it is so important to the future of all the young children to hang on to their first language, which to many is Maltese, it is good to have both but still think the Maltese language should be first.

16.01.2022 Beautiful Victoria, in Australia. This place is called The 12 Apostles, referring to the big rocks, unfortunetly over many years there are a few missing, only 8 left due to bad weather, but the beauty is still there, so many gorgeous beaches in Australia, come and visit when COVID-19 is over, you will love what this land has to offer.
15.01.2022 8 May 1945 VE Day (Victory Day in Europe) was one that remained in the memory of all those who witnessed it. It meant an end to nearly six years of a war tha...t had cost the lives of millions; had destroyed homes, families, and cities; and had brought huge suffering and privations to the populations of entire countries. Millions of people rejoiced in the news that Germany had surrendered, relieved that the intense strain of total war was finally over. In towns and cities across the world, people marked the victory with street parties, dancing and singing. This day marks a historically important event for Malta as it served a strategic role for Allied Forces during the war, specifically between 1940 and 1942. Look out today for fireworks between 11.30hrs and 12.00hrs (noon) across Malta; at 12.00hrs all the church bells across the Maltese Islands shall unite to commemorate this victory! #viptoursmalta #facts #history2020 #Valletta #traveltomorrow
14.01.2022 This country was bombed every day for two years, and I bet you've never even heard of it. This is Malta, arguably one of the most beautiful countries ever, but ...it has been through a lot, and has recieved no credit for it. So today I'm shining a light on the massive roll this country had during World War 2 that your history books won't tell you about.
14.01.2022 Our visit back to London during 2018, we had a fabulous day seeing the Tower Bridge again and a few other sites that we loved.
11.01.2022 Another way of seeing the Mosta Church in Malta.
10.01.2022 Another video to enjoy.
08.01.2022 So true, l have read the book called The most bombed country in the world a few years ago, it was so sad and not one day did the Germans and Sicilians let up bombing the Maltese Island, for over 2 years. And so many children were bombed losing limbs and their lives. (Many were from Birkirkara where mum's family (Attard) were from and where the our family (Tabone family were born.) They were honoured from King George V1, of the United Kingdom by receiving the George Cross See more

02.01.2022 Love this building.
01.01.2022 This made me cry When you first have children they talk about the challenges of parenting....the struggles of a baby waking in the night, the toddler who wo...n’t stay in their bed, the cost of childcare, injuries from sports... Having to take off work to pick them up from school when they don’t feel well, helping them with homework, a messy house, the never ending laundry, the cost to buy school clothes, packing their lunches.... You watch their eyes light up on Christmas morning....and try to soak in the magic of those moments. You coach them in sports, rushing to practices and ballgames...and tote them all over the country to let them play the game they love...no matter how exhausting or expensive it becomes. Life is just so busy that you rarely even stop to think what the end of those days look like. In fact, it’s not really even something you can wrap your mind around. You go into it thinking that 18-20 years sounds like a long time.... Then suddenly hours turn into days...days into months...and months into years. That little person that used to crawl up next to you in bed and cuddle up to watch cartoons...suddenly becomes this young adult who hugs you in the hallway as they come and go. And the chaos and laughter that used to echo throughout your home....gets filled with silence and solitude. You’ve learned how to parent a child who needs you to care for and protect them....but have no clue how the whole letting go thing is supposed to work. So you hold on as tight as you can...wondering how time passed so quickly...feeling guilty that you missed something.... Because even though you had 20 years.....it just somehow doesn’t seem like it was enough. You ask yourself so many questions... Did you teach them the right lessons? Did you read them enough books as a child? Spend enough time playing with them? How many school parties did you have to miss? Do they really know how much you love them? What could I have done better as a parent? .....When it’s time for them to go, it all hits you like a ton of bricks. Parenting is by far the most amazing experience of your life....that at times leaves you exhilarated....while others leave you heartbroken. But one thing is certain.....it’s never enough time... So for all the parents with young children...whose days are spent trying to figure out how to make it through the madness... Exhausted day in and day out... Soak. It. All. In. Because one day....all those crazy days full of cartoons, snuggles, sleep overs, Christmas morning magic, ballgames, practices and late night dinners... All come to an end. And you’re left hoping that you did enough right, so that when they spread their wings.... They’ll fly... Credit to the Amazing Author: @MistyBrewerLee
