15.01.2022 Where was I yesterday? Former home ground of a 100 year old club. Pretty easy. Home of the Forth Football Club for many years until their move to.their current location. Now the Forth Primary school oval full time unlike when it was shared by club and school. Tight small.ground and many memories of tough games by the players of the days and spectators

Let's see what clubs are long gone, what clubs still do them, different types etc etc. Surely we have more out there than what I and Steve Hall (Tullah) shared. If you have a spare I would love to gather a collection of one of all clubs on the coast or all of Tassie!

13.01.2022 Congratulations to Motton Preston the 2020 NWFA Senior Premiers. In a shortened season with only 4 clubs they were a force every week and easily ran out winners over Forth yesterday. 7.11.53 to 1.3.9 Forths score was the lowest NWFA grand final score on record since Devonport scored 1.2.8 in 1904

08.01.2022 Where am I?? Sent in today by one of their former players. Home of a 90s premiership team no longer with us. Well it was guessed in about two minutes haha. North Motton oval. Home of the Motton Rovers. They won a few premierships in their day and last won in 1993 in the Leven Association. Now the site of an equestrian centre. Thanks Dean Cole for sharing. 06.01.2022 Queenstown Footballing trio in early 1900s. Victor Barwick went on to play for St Kilda 1903-09,1913 for 105 games and also played for the Victorian team v WA. St Kilda Capt in 1905 and 1909.
