This week Head in the Clouds Celebrations has been scripting a bespoke intimate ceremony for an international couple, now living in Australia, who have the most romantic love story imaginable ... Small weddings at short notice are now more on trend ( clearly). Couples that have always wanted a smaller, intimate ceremony, are taking the opportunity to celebrate in their preferred way. I was caught surprised with two new bookings this week - but also so very excited Coming up this Saturday 5th December, we also have our first post-restriction ceremony to officiate. Very excited for the couple who has been so patient and excited for Head in the Clouds Celebrations.

11.01.2022 The Supremes said ‘You can’t hurry love, you’ll just have to wait’ .... Yesterday it was my pleasure to officiate a very intimate ceremony for Melbourne’s newest couple Mr & Mrs Hjorth. We moved their ceremony forward being cautious of further restrictions likely to come, recreated their entire day in just 48 hours, chose this new stunning location when their venue was required to close and followed all our social distancing guidelines. Such a fun wedding to do in such dynamic times Congratulations Mr & Mrs Hjorth!

10.01.2022 Saying goodbye is difficult I had the honour of celebrating my Pop’s full life last week. It was truly a humbling experience to receive my family’s permission to write the funeral service which reflected his life achievements and our love for John Kendall Smith, an absolute gentleman. Rest In Peace. Please reach out if you’d like guidance or support to celebrate the life of someone you’ve lost.
