04.01.2022 Our MMA coach last night had a his cage return last night. He didnt come home with the bacon but did awesome in his prep losing 25kg in the past 8weeks In preparation for the fight. Well done Nathan Wilson. MMA classes 5pm kids 6pm Adults.
