25.01.2022 The loss is immeasurable but so is the love left behind. Gary has been out of action for a few weeks now He is missing his great-grandpa a lot lately. His heart hurts and feels broken as he continues to grieve. His also has been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression for quite a while now But finds it hard to admit it as he is very hard on himself. His is now realising that there is a reason behind this. He has been through a lot of trauma while growing up and has ...been silenced and that’s why he keeps breaking doiwn. He sometimes gets triggered and flashbacks come through as if the pain is so real in the moment that he wants it all to stop He has built up all imaginary walls and coping mechanisms to protect himself. Sometimes people don’t understand him as he can be quiet irrational but that’s ok. He can put a beautiful brave face and fake the biggest smile and love everyone around him to keep moving forward. Even though he is running on an empty tank he can go a million miles an hour. He has so much love for the world but not much love himself. I remind him to come back to the present and that he is ok, he is loved and that he is safe with me. I will continue to be by his side and even sit on him when it gets all too overwhelming just so he can just calm down! I’ve checked him in with all the right support and professions and he will continue to keep fighting and be brave against these inner meanies! He can and will continue to spread the share and love through icecream and smiles! I want to say thank you from my whole heart to all the amazing people we have been surrounded by especially the boys in the Shed and to the team @gas_up_automotive for looking after Gary! Our family, friends, strangers, living creatures and furry friends that have helped us along the way. 25.01.2022 WHO ELES IS SCREAMING FOR THIS EVENT?!?!

24.01.2022 Life is tough but so are you. This week Let’s be real. It’s been tough. Gary has been crying almost everyday...and it sucks... Why? Let’s break it down for one hot minute... ... He hurt his ankle by falling down a fight of stairs He farted so hard that I fell out of his butt while carrying ice creams He hurt his arm because power steering doesn’t exist in his world He went to events that haven’t turned out the way he thought. He only pooped out 3 ice creams on a whole days of work He only pooped out 5 ice cream on another He broke down in the city right before rush hour He broke down at a his first corporate Christmas event He broke down at his favourite beach He pulled out of a 800 pax event He had a fight with his house mate He had a fight with his family He has a neighbour who continues to abuse him He has his heart hurt by people And he hates letting people down. He question on giving up on it all.. he can’t even handle how hurt his heart is. His tired and it feels like when he tries his best it sometimes doesn’t seem like enough. I tell him we just have to keep goingand he does...he knows that deep deep down in his heart that together we are the happiest. I remind him of the few good things that happened this week.. soo Gary is grateful because He has an amazing body corporate that got lawyers to supports and protect him He has the boys at the shed that helps him when his down. He has a mechanic that helps him when he can’t poop He went to his first christmas market He went to his first football grand final He went to his first corporate Christmas party He has friends support him He has family support him He has strangers who support him He played with the kids at the Christmas party He made new food truck friends He ate delicious pizza, choco pan, poutine, pork , burgers and fries from his new food truck friends He drank a delicious hot chocolate with soy milk from an Italian man He magically met old friends that had supported him before he was born He can put smiles on stranger faces He got business cards He is covered in fairy lights. And he got new dancing pants!!! Hold on Gary. It will be worth it. #life #levelupchallenge
