25.01.2022 ...phew, it's windy out there today so unless all the veggies have been blown to Carrickalinga come and grab some capsicums, chillies, cucumbers, salad greens, the very last of the tomatoes and silverbeet. Normanville end of Carrickalinga Rd.

23.01.2022 A huge thanks to everyone who stopped by today to grab some fresh produce... especially nice to meet a number of new people while we were topping up the table. Our first carrots of the season were a big hit!

21.01.2022 Our chillies have done exceptionally well this year - this is a great way to make good use of them with a recipe we got from Alby Trotta ...blitz a big handful of chillies with salt, vinegar & garlic then into a sterilised jar & cover with white vinegar and top off with olive oil.

19.01.2022 The moana shelter is up with the last of most of the summer veggies. There's tomatoes, chillies, eggplant. cucumbers, silverbeet, rocket, pumpkin and capsicum.

19.01.2022 Getting more beds established on the southern side of the block so they'll be in the sun all winter....and the quince tree is laden with fruit which is starting to ripen!

14.01.2022 There's cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, eggs, mint, basil and the first pick of nectarines on the stall today

14.01.2022 The stall will be going up at 7am tomorrow morning (for a few hours) to beat the heat - beautiful large Grosse Lisse tomatoes, a range of zucchinis and cucumbers.

11.01.2022 For people who haven't been here these pics give a reasonable idea of the productive garden (mostly in the front yard) - we now have close to 40 beds (of varying length)for veggies, about 50 fruit trees and a dedicated herb garden....there are a number natives across the front of the property and in one corner we have a dedicated space for chooks & ducks. The bee hive is in the back yard, tucked away in a corner of the garden. We look forward to having an open garden when we can.
