12.01.2022 Our very good friends at Fort Scratchley Historical Society. P.O 971 Newcastle NSW 2300 had to close the doors during the Covid-19 lock downs in NSW. The doors reopened to some brand new signage to help visitors navigate the site a little better with new directional full size cut outs and informational signs. Here's a little taster. To experience the true significance of the new signage please visit the Fort - it is an amazing part of Newcastle's history - and the view isn't bad either - make a donation while you're there. The guys & gals running the Fort are all volunteers, and are keeping history alive for our beautiful town - what they are!!

Burger King has given up sales of their Whopper for one day to assist their main competitor McDonald's sales of Big Mac to assist Kids with Cancer. Just for the one day though... I am sure there was no huge impact on sales for either company however it makes for a great advert! What do you think?

What a testament. However, it was time for a a revamp, refresh, renew.
