17.01.2022 Stat for you - around nine people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in Australia. But still, it has the lowest survival rates of any form of cancer. That's heavy stuff! People don't know much about the pancreatic organ and for that reason, pancreatic cancer is hard to recognise and even harder to treat. It relies on the good work of our cancer research organisations and of course donors, to inch us close to a cure. As a cause that's close to our team's hearts, to...day, on World Pancreatic Cancer Day we raised money the old fashioned way, putting our baking skills to the test. We're yet to get a final dollar count but we can say for sure that we think we smashed it out of the ball park! Thank you to everyone at the Pyrmont campus for digging so deep! We can't wait to hand over the cash!
