14.01.2022 THE SQUAT CHALLENGE. After every class you train in, you and your team members will be given 1 minute to complete as many Squats as you can. To make it fair all squats will be counted by a member form another team and will have to follow what is shown in the video below. A standard air squat.... At the end of the night the teams squats will be counted and tallied for counting at the end of the week. The winning team at the end of the week will receive 100 points, second place 50 points, third place 25 points and forth place 0 points. For every whole minute you hold a plank you will receive one point.... To make it fair all students will be watched by a member from another team and will have to follow the form shown in the videos below. To make it fair, all laps will be counted by a member form another team for a lap to count you must touch the white boxes under the mirrors then the red timber at the other end on the concrete. At the end of the night the teams laps will be counted and tallied for counting at the end of the week. The winning team at the end of the week will receive 100 points, second place 50 points, third place 25 points and forth place 0 points.
