24.01.2022 A great way to keep healthy and boost one's immune system is getting outside, in the fresh air (and sunshine, when possible!), exercising the body and getting the blood pumping! **The court has many open time slots, for anyone who wants to get out & have a hit! Give us a holler if you want to check availability (9580 1589).**

21.01.2022 It may only be 14.4C ("feels like 7.9", I'm told), but we're very much enjoying being back on the court *in doubles* (our 2nd week, now), after 6 weeks of covid 'social singles'! (with Rodney, Mary Rose, Helen & Dennis)

13.01.2022 How's everyone doing through all this pandemic-isolation craziness?! We're happy to learn that tennis - singles only, of course - is still permitted! "On 1 April 2020, the NSW Government issued updated guidelines allowing people to go outside and exercise. Any form of exercise is to be undertaken in compliance with the Public Health Orders, meaning that people must not participate in groups greater than two persons at any point in time. Therefore, individual sports such as tennis and golf can continue provided the Public Health Orders are complied with." Our court is open and welcomes you to come get your covid-fighting fresh air, sunshine and exercise here! :) Call us (9580 1589) to book a time.
