20.01.2022 When building a new home ensure you engage an independent inspector who knows the difference between what is defective works aposed to what is incomplete works. Otherwise it creates the illusion your builder is doing bad work. EVERY HOME has incomplete work before the builder says its finished.... The problems arise when someone says, "Thats a defect" and you believe them! There are over 38 entities in this market at the moment who are doing this. Speakers are intended to be a Lawyer or 2, an Agent or 2, A Conveyancer and a couple of you guys. So you all must be prudent in your questions or they WILL NOT be answered. I will answer them for you if need be. I will be the facilitator and MC. Whos in please, so far I have 13........ If we dont get numbers it will be canned. 15.01.2022 My book release is on the move, worldwide...... Some of the comments; Hi mate,... With regards to your book launch this year, everyone is talking about it from supervisors and trades. I know people cannot wait for it its going to be great for the industry by way of setting people straight from what the builder didnt tell them to what the builder can contractually do. I know young supervisors are looking forward to it. I am hanging for it this will be something talked about for years. (Thats why I want you to sign my copy ). I know when I get ball breaking clients Ill be asking them if they have your book.
