25.01.2022 Did you hear the exciting news at Hobart Library? #LibrariesTasmania #hobartlibrary

25.01.2022 We weren't able to host a reading hour in the library this year, so for Australia Reads 2020 we'd like to encourage you to spend an hour today reading. Pick up a new book, continue one you're already reading or read to someone else. There are huge benefits to reading and very few reasons not to. Happy reading!

24.01.2022 Check out What's Happening at Hobart Library in December! #LibrariesTasmania #HobartLibrary

16.01.2022 Learning helps us grow into something new. What will you learn about next? Could it be. Coding, origami, a musical instrument, calligraphy, speaking a new language, keeping bees, juggling, writing poetry, baking sour dough (or are you an expert already?), changing the oil in your car, creating a web page, discovering your family history, first aid, karate, making jewellery, navigating by the stars, swing dancing, swimming, astronomy, card tricks, sign language, graphic design, photography, understanding the stock market, learning how to fly, identifying Tasmanian birds and wildlife. What gives you joy? The possibilities are endless. Now is a great time to start. #ALW2020
