22.01.2022 The third and last in our Trilogy of Winter Taproom Releases will be tapped this Friday from 3pm. With our Chocolate Hazelnut Porter we started with Cate Is Great then steeped hazelnuts from Crooked Tree Farm in Cygnet along with organic cacoa nibs to create a indulgent, desert dark ale. Rich, nutty, chocolaty aromas and flavours overlaying a seductive maltiness within a velvety smooth mouthfeel.... At 7.8%, you may not want to wait until the end of the session to try one.

Hobart Brewers & Hobart Brewing present (HB)^2. A 4.5% easy drinking IPA. Light malt character balanced with snappy bitterness gives way to pleasant hop flavours - making this an all-day beer. Shout out to the Hobart Brewers home brew club and Tasmanian Home Brewing Supplies for provisioning the brew. On tap from this afternoon in the Taproom!

08.01.2022 New beer alert! Hazy NAIPA . . Our Head Brewer, Scott, is now a New Australian! This double dry hopped, hazy IPA is brewed by an American in Tasmania with all Australian ingredients. A blend of 5 hop varieties gives this beer a noticeable lychee, mango and grapefruit note. A velvety smooth, juicy and dangerously easy IPA to drink.... . Brewed now and then and generally in the warmer months, this IPA gets changed up from time to time. However, the focus is always the same. Brewing with all Australian ingredients to create an easy drinking, thirst quenching India Pale Ale you want to keep coming back to. Always unfiltered, and this year, brewed as a juicy and hazy style IPA. Big on mouthfeel and brewed with less bitterness to let the hop flavours and aromas shine through. See more
