19.01.2022 Glorious golfing weather here on King Island. We are looking forward to golfers gracing the fairways in the not too distant future.

17.01.2022 Interesting lesson with Jim to learn how he believed the club should swing around his body. His belief was it should swing on a straight line which created an extremely steep shaft plane, out to in path and little power through his body rotation. Once he understood that the club works on an inside to inside path and the body winds up, Jim delivered the club more powerfully into impact.

15.01.2022 "Because there is nothing more beautiful than the way the ocean refuses to stop kissing the shoreline, no matter how many times its sent away." ~ Sarah Kay W...e also love breathing the wild air, soaking up the sunshine, whispering to our wildlife, enjoying all the seasons and falling in love with our wilderness. We can hike, sometimes scramble up spectacular granite mountains, just to witness the view over Wineglass Bay from the summit of Mt Amos, you can catch up with one of the darlings of Darlington out for dinner on Maria Island, this time of the year we are all reminded just how magnificent the turning of the fagus is at Cradle Mountain, soon we can all take the kayak out along a stunning stretch of coastline close to Hobart, there will also be a time when we all cant get enough of Cosy Corner and you wont believe our very rare find from this morning - a snow white Superb Fairy-wren. On a very special night Boy the Lady Aurora wowed us over the Huon River at Franklin, when you witness Golden Hour over Tasman Island from The Blade you realise just how beautiful the world is, time stands still as the Milky Way appears high above kunanyi/Mt Wellington, its a pretty special view when you are up close and personal to an archway sculpted over millions of years into the cliffs on the Tasman Peninsula and when you cross the suspension bridge on the way to Montezuma Falls you find yourself in a wonderful rainforest of leatherwood, myrtle, sassafras and giant fern trees. Oh and did we mention we take the Mount McCall track, which is located around 30 minutes south of Queenstown, on the way to Lake Burbury on the West Coast Range. The track is managed by Parks Tasmania and guarded by lock and key! In order to obtain the key, you have to thoroughly clean your vehicle and remove all the mud. Getting the key is a privilege as they only give out three per day! We love to share your Tassie videos, photos and stories with the world You can inbox us or post to our wall. 14.01.2022 "A wise traveller never despises his own country." ~ William Hazlitt We are so very lucky to call this island off an island our island home. We will also be ble...ssed to once again shake hands with the beach, the forest, the mountains and the waterfalls. The part of the world that is the Freycinet Peninsula is truly something special, all along the Tasman Peninsula are epic views of the incredible 300 metre high dolerite sea columns that were formed 185 million years ago, the insanely beautiful waters of Honeymoon Bay are unreal banana peel, we can all have AVATAR kind of moments in the Mt Field National Park and even the animals obey the road rules here in Tasmania - you have to have a look at this wombat crossing the road at Cradle Mountain. Boat Harbour Beach is picture postcard perfect, brain freeze swims at the top of Parsons Falls in the Central Plateau is something not many of us are game enough to try, however heading off to lunch with a gorgeous echidna at Cradle Mountain is on all our bucket lists, sun and snow from the peak of Mt Mawson at Mt Field is truly breathtaking and we share what happens when a beaver and a duck love each other very much. Oh and did we mention we spend midnight at the bridge, thats the iconic Richmond Bridge, the oldest existing stone arch bridge at 195 years old. We love to share your Tassie videos, photos and stories with the world You can inbox us or post to our wall.
