16.01.2022 Tasmanian Minister for Health, Sarah Courtney, thanks our amazing staff at Launceston Pathology for the help they gave to collect almost 500 samples across 3 North West Residential Aged Care Facilities in a single day. Also thanking the laboratory staff of the Royal Hobart Hospital for their ongoing work. In addition, Minister Courtney announced the partnership between the Federal and Tasmanian Governments and Sonic Healthcare, incorporating Hobart, Launceston and North West Pathology, to substantially expand testing capacity for COVID-19.
