08.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Apologies for the late notice, tonight's Muay Thai class at 7:30 will be cancelled. Bahador is unable to take the class tonight and we have not been able to find a replacement in time. We appreciate your understanding.

05.01.2022 What got you here? Why would you abandon what brought you to this point? Many will come to the gym and do the things that they "like" and "enjoy" unless superv...ised. I have slept in this gym many nights - every time that I am sharpening my mind alone and in the dark - I still do my rounds of shadowboxing, my rounds of skipping rope. Not because of my routine. . . but because it has given me my fundamentals. My loyalty lies with that which works: repetition works, focus is key, and the two combined with creativity. . . unlock endless growth. ______________________________ The Limitless Project with Paul "Reaper" Banasiak [Muay Thai Athlete]

04.01.2022 How to Perform a Basic Wai Kru Ram Muay by Muay Thai Legend Namsaknoi Muay Thai The Wai Kru is a traditional, pre-fight ritual in Thailand. Artistically passed ...down from teacher to student, it is the appreciation for the tutelage provided, it is a beautiful display of respect as well as an opportunity for the fighter to relax, center their mind, control their body, and perform what we would consider an active stretching routine. In this tutorial, Namsaknoi Yudthagarngamtorn (2x Wai Kru Ram Muay of the Year Recipient) presents us with a basic form of the Wai Kru you can begin to immediately practice. Once you become fimiliar with the routine and its movements, you may add or subtract elements of the Ram Muay to create your own unique Wai Kru.
