A quick update on our Shipping system - we have created an alternative on our shipping method for all orders as some of you wish to have your order handled by AusPost. And here is the rate: Orders valued less than $100 ..........$15 Postage... Orders valued $101 to $200 .......... $25 Postage Orders valued over $201 ........... $40 Postage These rates are active on our website now in our checkout process. These rates are slightly higher than our Standard rate because AusPost charges more on bulk items. Your kind opinion will very much benefit us on making this decision. 13.01.2022 Hi gunpla-holics! It's Hayley here and I'd like to share an incident happened before Christmas. It is related to our Loyalty Reward program. We have found out one of the member is abusing our membership referral system, registering 100+ fake/non-existence email accounts, earning missile points to redeem model kits from us. It is unacceptable and the member has been banned from our Facebook page and will not be able to purchase from Hobby0096. ... It is very disappointing as the referral rewards are meant to encourage members to refer friends to Hobby0096. At the same time it is totally unfair to all other members who purchase from us to obtain all redeemable. This alarming incident woke me up to some law-breakers are there to abuse the system, Team Hobby0096 will be keeping an eye on any similar acts. Regards -Hayley from Hobby0096

09.01.2022 Hi gunpla-holics!! We are reaching our two month anniversary this 27th. We are very pleased to see the page's growth over the last two months (We have reached our first 100 likes!!) especially during such a difficult time for every one of us. However we have some not-so-good news that we would like to inform everyone. Due to COVID-19's impact, we decided to pause our free shipping service temporarily. Starting from 1st Aug 20, postage will be calculated as following: Orders... valued less than $100........ $12 postage Orders valued $101 to $200........ $20 postage Orders valued $201 to $500........ $28 postage Orders valued over $500........ Free shipping this is a very hard decision to announce as we understand it is such a disappointment, yet this is a temporary decision only to cope with the instability of logistics. 03.01.2022 Hi gunpla-people!! First of all, thank you very much for everyone's patience. We understand your orders have been taken a bit long to reach your door. Please allow us to explain a few things here about the unusual wait. Due to Japan's limited airmail service, we are now sending our products out weekly from our overseas warehouse. They come in bigger patches (grouping a week's order then mail out). It is travelling from Japan to China then to Australia. It normally takes abou...t 10-12 business days to complete the journey. In the past two months we managed to estimate a good timeframe for everyone and it is always on time. However with the last four weeks' patches, they are taking longer to process in custom (which we never had before) which is affecting about at least 30 orders that are expected to arrive in September and October. (Order #1056, 1071, 1076, 1086, 1090, 1104, 1106, 1114, 1117, 1119-1178) We are deeply sorry about our disorganization impacting everyone's arrival of the order. As always we will send out your order once they are ready. All affected orders will receive a complimentary gift.
