12.01.2022 Perfect conditions set the scene for the Milang-Goolwa Freshwater Classic as a 140 strong fleet of boats left Milang this morning. As they rounded Point Sturt,... the breeze really kicked in, making for some exciting sailing for the multi-hulls and a bit of extra time for everyone at the bar on arrival. 07.01.2022 As the 2018/19 Australian Hobie Nationals came to the end, we'd like to thank everyone involved in organisation and participation in this event: Volunteers for ...their time and effort and all hard work they put into organisation of this event, our Race Officer John Hooper for getting 26 quality races in 2 series, The North Haven Surf Life Saving Club for hosting event, great service and friendly staff, Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron for being our Organising Authority and hosting Series 1 presentation night, Somerton Yacht Club, Henley Sailing Club, and Port Adelaide Sailing Club for providing rescue boats, Clockwork Racing for behaving well in the role of a start boat (though she doesn't like to be slow and anchored), We'd like to congratulate our 2018/19 Australian Hobie 16 (Open and Masters) Champions Cam Owen and Susan Ghent, all crews that got Hobie Worlds wild cards, and all sailors racing in the nationals. It's been amazing 2 weeks. Thank you all
