25.01.2022 We move into the second half of the shortened season on Saturday and have we got some games lined up for you !! This week we see Easts take on University who will be smarting after the last few results and desperate to get back in to the top 2. In the next 2 weeks Kedron will need to be careful not to let Ascot and Valley upset their perfect record, Commercial will face University next week and then in round 8 we will have coverage of Kedron v Easts. Commercial seal 3rd spot but is there a chance they can make it into 2nd? Ascot are now only 1 point behind Easts who will end 4th? Games this week will see ... Kedron v SQH .... Norths v Ascot ... Easts v Valley ....Uni v Saints ... Redcliffe v Commercial We will have live coverage of Norths v Ascot from the SHC at 4.30pm on Saturday.

23.01.2022 This weeks LIVE game is going to be HUGE with Kedron top of the table taking on Easts at Easts. Easts are in joint second but have a worse goal difference than Uni so actually sit 3rd on the table. They will need to win this game to improve their chances of making the final with just 4 more games left.

18.01.2022 Thanks to Brisbane Hockey the results are in for round 6 of the 2020 BWHA season. University climb back into the top 2 and will face the 4th place Commercial next week is there an upset on the cards? Redcliffe move up 2 spots with their win. Ascot are not out of the race but their hopes are getting slimmer.

12.01.2022 Mick Evans has been a part of the Briz Hockey / Hockey Zone project since the start. We have filmed him teaching the basics of the grip and passing to winning the 2015 AHL for Hockey Queensland in Darwin. Last year he moved to Scotland but Covid brought him back and last week I got to film him winning Sydney Hockey PL1 Grand Final with his new team Norwest HC Strikers. Talent is hard to hide :)

11.01.2022 Thanks as always to Brisbane Hockey for the results round up.....round 7. Kedron do what they need to probably secure a top two spot this week but the Commercial v University draw adds to the questions for the second spot in the final. Easts win puts them level but 4 goals behind Uni. Next week Kedron meet Easts (Live on LSB) while Uni face Ascot who are still hanging in there, Commercial are up against a SQH who will be pumped with this weeks result.

10.01.2022 This week we are filming the Ascot v St Andrews Div 1 clash at 4.30pm as we will be doing some tests we will also stream the div 2 game at 3pm between Kedron and Norths.
