23.01.2022 This veranda was added over a deck we previously built. We made the area into a practical alfresco area with fans and lights installed. The beams were sourced by the client and old tin cladding was used to create the farmhouse style.

17.01.2022 After finishing the deck and veranda in lake Cullulleraine I picked up this job, which was adding this large window into a lakeside cabin. This made a very dark enclosed room into a nice, bright, open space.

08.01.2022 Hocking Builders also does concreting!!! This is a backyard we did for a family that run personal training in their backyard. Now it is more functional as an alfresco area and more accommodating for their business needs, we also added a set of steps to get up to the rest of backyard.

05.01.2022 This client had a small deck that they couldn’t use due to its small size, so we decided to extend the deck and add a veranda. Now this is a perfect alfresco area looking over lake Cullulleraine. We also built a jetty in the water which was good fun!
