25.01.2022 Before and after shots of a green house I was asked to extend a little while ago. The client was very happy with the result and quickly filled it with plants. Looks good and working well.

22.01.2022 A recent call out found me looking into a roof space through a gaping hole in a gable where 2 sheets had fallen off in the wind. The main thing to do was to get it weather proof ASAP, so with the owners help I fitted new sheets in place until such time as a full repair can be done. These were screwed in place so shouldn't be going anywhere for a while.

20.01.2022 This job I recently did involved fixing up some damage done by those pesky termites. This wall was eaten out enough that it had to be completely removed and rebuilt. It's always a bit tricky doing this sort of work on an existing house where I am trying to keep as much of the undamaged parts as possible intact, but by working carefully I removed the old wall and rebuilt it to it's original condition. The owners have now painted and say that you'd never know it had happened, a good result and another set of customers a lot happier than they were when they first found the damage.

15.01.2022 I got called back to extend the greenhouse again as the customer was so pleased with it that they wanted it as big as possible. Job done.

13.01.2022 I was very happy to recently help Capalaba Football Club fix up some water damaged ceilings caused by a blocked gutter in the heavy rain we had a few weeks ago. I removed the ceiling and with the help of a plasterer replaced with new and painted. Looking good again now and another happy customer. Remember even if you are at home isolating, I can still work on your place outside or perhaps at your office if no one is there. Could be a good chance to get some jobs done that you...'ve put off which we could do now without inconvenience to staff while the place is empty. Stay safe (and sane) everyone, Paul (Hodgy)

12.01.2022 2 Coats of Deck Oil I applied to these stairs and deck brought them back to life as shown in the before and after pics. These will now have increased protection against the elements through summer.

09.01.2022 Before, during & after shots of a window replacement job did a while ago. The walls just need painting now and it will look great.
