25.01.2022 One of the most rewarding builds was this beauty! Top Naas Homestead is well over 100 years old and has been passed down from generation to generation. I recall having dinner here, rugged up in layers with buckets all around to catch the drips of rain inside. All the internal electrical had been destroyed by rodents and old age, there were gaps in the walls where the cold wind would push its way through. Top Naas was ready for a major renovation and extension. Staying true to its heritage, the owners worked hard to make appropriate design choices and the Hogan Homes team worked hard to make it all work; 100 year+ buildings are not level or straight! This old beauty now stands with pride in the Naas Valley!
21.01.2022 Top Naas Homestead - Gorgeous high ceilings, polished concrete floors, recycled timber bench top on the enormous kitchen island bench and stacking slide doors to access the wrap around veranda, all features that make this farmhouse renovation beautiful and authentic.
