21.01.2022 I had to do a bushfire assessment today on a block in town, but think I spent more time admiring the wildflowers. Sadly this block will probably be clearfelled to reduce the bushfire risk.

20.01.2022 These cheeky emus are back in the garden for summer. They are very timid and generally hang out in the shadows.

20.01.2022 And they're up! The first of our tulips are in color. Thank goodness the @nannupflowerandgardenfest is on for 5 weeks, so visitors can now enjoy them. Our tulips will be out for the next 3 weeks. We don't have as many come up as we planted, but you will have to talk to the ducks about those.... that is another story.

19.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has visited our gardens, purchased plants and sculptures and supported the cafes and galleries in town. Nannup is looking beautiful and the Garden Festival will continue for the next 3 weeks. The tulips will start to flower in our garden this week. The Rhododendrons, Hellebores, Magnolias and bulbs are all out. We are open daily and look forward to having you visit.

18.01.2022 21 years ago we installed driveway lighting, but over the years, wear and tear has impacted on them. During the Music Festival this year the last of the lights fell over. Today Mick Brown, our local Electrician came and installed the new lights. We are really happy with them and hope that they help to light the way home each evening from dinner for you.

12.01.2022 Our next garden event is just around the corner. The spring roses, rhododendrons, lillacs and irises (plus lots more) are now in full bloom. There are plants for sale and if I am not at the front gate I will be working in the garden.

Last night town hosted 145 cyclists participating in the Tour of WA, travelling through some great south west towns and finding awesome touring routes. Well done @love_to_ride_wa on another great event and thanks for including Nannup as an overnight stay.
