21.01.2022 Barry meeting Bear!! Bear and his brother Benny are beginning to show their age so Barry is the first step in the succession of our Maremma guard dogs. Thanks @themullooninstitute and @mettke6.0 we think Barry is a cracking pup!!

20.01.2022 Over the past 5 years we have planted nearly 16,000 trees on Bellevue to help create wildlife corridors and increase the biodiversity across the farm. The majority of this work has been done in conjunction with Holbrook Landcare and the Bushlinks program. Today I’m planting some replacements which includes a mix of nectar species that have been donated by @birdlifeoz to help get more nectar producing species across the landscape. A brilliant way to spend the afternoon

19.01.2022 Looking forward to seeing you today at the Riverina Producers Market in Wagga.

19.01.2022 Today is World Egg Day A big shout out to ALL our team that are involved in producing these little beauties

19.01.2022 Poor old Bear had his last patrol today He has done a wonderful job for us over the years. Bear was one of 10 Maremma dogs we have on the farm living with and protecting our hens. We don’t lock our hens up at night out in the paddock so that they can live a truely free range life - without our Maremma’s this wouldn’t be possible. Thanks Bear

02.01.2022 Meet Barry the newest member of the Holbrook Paddock Eggs team.

02.01.2022 These little legends have braved the elements this morning and have been training our young hens to lay in the nesting boxes. I certainly haven’t achieved Father Of The Year status as a result but a hot chocolate from @thetenmile and a packet of Tim Tams have made up a little ground. No treats for you today @ameliapincott
