16.01.2022 Holden Hill staff along with his owners said a very hard goodbye to one of our favourite patients today. Pat the Siamese cat had it all, looks, attitude and the best cuddles. Not many cats could show us 4 seasons in one day like Pat. He was one in a million and his owners and Kristian did everything they could to ensure him a happy life and peaceful goodbye. 14.01.2022 Yes we will be open throughout this current lockdown. Just a few rules to follow . - One person per pet. - Two clients in the waiting room at any one time. ( if you are number 3 just pop your head in and let us know you are here ) - Please wear a mask and avoid touching surfaces.... - Do not lean on the counter. - When in the clinic / consult room please stay as far as practicable away from our staff. Nurses can hold your animal if required. - Please do not attend the clinic if you are unwell or have attended a flagged location or are in quarantine. - Under no circumstances will clients be allowed to use our toilet so pretty please don’t ask, there is a public toilet a few doors down. ** House calls ** We will still be doing house calls if there is no other option for you. If you require a house call we ask that you open doors for us, wear a mask in our presence and only have one person present. We will do our absolute best to continue the highest quality of care during this time. If you have any questions please give the clinic a call.

01.01.2022 It looks like Covid 19 is amongst us yet again. Please do not visit the clinic if you have attended any of the flagged locations. Do not enter the clinic if you are unwell ( we can make other arrangements for you ). We ask that you do not lean on the reception counter and from tomorrow it will be strictly one client per pet. Yes this includes children. Let’s fight this together.
