24.01.2022 Today seen us head to moculta for a beautiful bbq thank u to Bronte and janines son and girlfriend for cooking the bbq food was cooked to perfection salads were delicious and everyone’s belly’s were full We can’t have asked for a better day sun was shining cars were shiney and we also welcomed a few new members so welcome to them Thanks to everyone who came out Awsome turnout of stunning cars and always a great bunch catching up
23.01.2022 Hi all, Our next club meeting will be Monday 14th Sept at the Plympton RSL, 464 Marion Road Plympton Park from 7.30pm. All are welcome. Covid regulations apply. Our next event is the HTC and Monaro Club Poker Run to be held Sept 20th. Start point is Officeworks Parafield, corner Main Nth Rd and Kesters Rd.10.00AM meet for 10.30AM depart. Finishing at Clonlea park Willaston. Please bring a $10.00 donation per car for Heart Kids Charity as we will be sponsoring them ...again. We will have a complintary interclub bbq and soft drinks with prizes for best poker hands as well. Shine them up its cruise time. Hope to see you all there. 21.01.2022 Hi all, club updates: As restrictions ease we will bring HTC out of hibernation and keep everyone notified of forthcoming events. Our annual Club membership renewal and Historic rego renewal day is set down for Sunday June 21st at the Plympton RSL, located at 464 Marion Rd Plympton Park from 10.00am to 4.00pm. We will be adhering to Covid regulations on the day too. New members always welcomed... Fees are unchanged and are: New HTC Membership $45.00 HTC membership renewal $35.00 To put a car on Historic reg it must be 30 years rolling and roadworthy, conditions apply. Fee $40.00 including log book. Log book replacement or stamping of current book $10.00 Please remember, you need to keep membership current to keep Historic Club rego valid. 14.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who participated in the combined poker run with the Monaro club. Between both club donations, entrants and business group donations a grand total of $960 was raised. HEARTKIDS team Logan are most grateful as they have no government funding to assist them with their efforts.

06.01.2022 Message Body: Hi im looking for the rite home for a 308 motor I acquired from a deceased estate. The motor is dated nov 73 it has strengthened rear of block also has larger front cam journal rear rope crank seal but has 308 castings on both sides but more notable is the number which is HT prefix so my enquiry is can you tell me or send me to a person who can confirm its identity in some way. As I would like it to go to the rite home if it has any historical value being that ...holdens as we know them are no more sadly. Thanks in advance. karl 0481976810
05.01.2022 Sunday was a special cruise for the Holden Torana club the Dazza cruise it was our memorial cruise for Daryl Cain sadly he passed away and was a very big part of our club and this was 1 of his last cruises he did with the Torana club This year seen us head to wayne and Gayles house in younghusband just the other side of Mannum they were very kind to open there home for us to celebrate a special person they are 2 club members and also are our merchandise and fundraiser commit...tee members So on behalf of the Torana club we can’t thank u guys enough was great food and great company u guys have a lovely home with a lot of car history we couldn’t have asked for a better place and what a perfect day with a massive turnout with 18+cars beautiful scenery with the river setting behind these stunning machines and great pics from the photographer thank u everyone for coming and I’m sure every one had a great day thank u to the drone operator for a Birdseye view looks amazing Thank u to the bbq chef food was great and to Gayle salads and cakes were delicious Congrats to David pyatt with his 1970 lc gtr for winning for the second year in a row people’s choice P.s if anyone has pics of the day please inbox and we can share them See more

01.01.2022 Hello all, Please read with importance: Your committee have had serious discussion with regard to the world pandemic and need to advise that we are suspending club meetings for the mid term and ongoing. Our duty of care for everyones health and well being includes the postponement of our programmed April and May cruise events. It has also been necessary to postpone preparations for All Torana Day 7 until further notice as well.... We as your committee will be in discussion with regard to future events and will keep you informed going forward. Thankyou for your continued support, we look forward to cruising once again.
