16.01.2022 CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19 Hi folks, just as with so many other outdoor events across the country, we unfortunately find ourselves having to cancel KVBBQ for 202...0. Over these past few weeks it has become increasingly unlikely for us to ensure everybody would be safe and to observe the necessary health guidelines. We really thought that by postponing from September to November we would be in the clear but this pandemic has placed the entire country into turmoil and the last thing we want to cause is another NSW outbreak. Please accept our deepest apologies for taking this decision but we hope you understand that holding an outdoor event is simply not in the best interests of everyone's wellbeing at this time. FULL REFUND We will be processing a full refund to everyone who purchased tickets. This will take a few days to complete and then up to 7 business days for the funds to reappear in your accounts. Please be patient. If you don't have the funds by September 15th you should contact us via the Web Chat app on this site. BONUS PUB CREDITS The Friendly Inn has contacted Kangaroo Valley's main Accommodation providers to explain the situation and we are confident you should be able to refund or reschedule your accommodation. In addition to the Full Refund we will be issuing a 'PubCash' voucher to the value of $10 to every ticket holder. This will be valid until 30 November 2020. So if you are still planning to head down to the Friendly Inn you can enjoy a 'Crafty Pint' or 'Tasty Bite' on us.
