25.01.2022 *CORONAVIRUS* It is becoming increasingly apparent that people have anxiety about their travel plans, near or far in the future and rightfully so as the media is hyping it up. If you have booked with a travel agent, we are here to support and help in cases like this and we act as agents on behalf of airlines and wholesalers so we will always try to get the best possible outcome for YOU! If you have booked your travel independently you will have to seek advice through the thi...rd party or direct. As it stands, travel to China is not permitted so exclude the below but travel to Europe, America, Bali, Thailand etc is still permitted. If you want to change or cancel your trip, penalties will apply. We understand how frustrating this must be but until a travel ban is enforced or airlines are forbidding travel into a particular country it is travel as normal. If you have paid for Travel Insurance and wanting to change or cancel because of the Coronavirus it is most likely that you will not be covered as it falls under an arising Epidemic, Pandemic or outbreak of an infectious disease (Unless you have a Covermore policy with cancel for any reason). We recommend that you check smartraveller for all travel updates and warnings. There is no right or wrong decision for you changing or cancelling your upcoming trip. 19.01.2022 Do you know when you go on Sky Scanner to book your flight online? Fly365 is one of the first companies that pops up. GUESS WHAT??? They went bankrupt When you call a travel agent to get a quote and then go online and it’s 50-60 dollars cheaper, ask yourself why!!! Soon even Sky Scanner will disappear! If you have recently booked your flight online make sure you check if you have the actual ticket.
