25.01.2022 Sometimes our healing journey can be two steps forward and one step backwards.... but that’s ok as long as it’s heading in the right direction. This evening I’m spending time in the massage chair .... my body hurts, sleep is poor because of it, I’m tired and it’s because I’m NOT moving enough throughout my days. A simple 4km charity walk on Sunday has sent my body into a downward spiral of pain again. The result of a head on car accident at 90km/hr 11 years ago, fractured spine plus other injuries still raises its ugly head at times. But right now listening to music while in the dark (almost) and having a deep massage in my pyjamas is just what I need

23.01.2022 What a difference a year can make in personal growth In the 1st photo, I’m participating in a self empowerment coaching retreat, not only to learn how to empower others in my part time business but to also release some of the negative emotions and pain that I was still carrying from past traumas. I had already begun my healing journey but wasn’t quite there yet In the 2nd photo, I’m crewing at the self empowerment retreat, taking others through amazing processes that ...I had previously learnt and often use. My business is now full time, being booked out 4 weeks in advance. I’m 20+ kilos lighter having overcome past traumas, negative emotions and self sabotaging with food. My spiritual journey has gone full steam ahead allowing me to do psychic readings. This morning the Western Power man came to read our meter box which is situated in the front corner of our property .... but there he was, up our drive way patting our dogs (who obviously knew him ) He said to me I walk up the drive way to meet the old dog so she doesn’t have to far to walk for her pat ... My old girl is 14 in a couple of weeks The thoughtfulness of this man who is a complete stranger to our family made me smile

18.01.2022 As many of you know I LOVE animals especially my pets How lucky am I to receive this beautiful mug with Bella, myself and Charlee on it I lost my golden retriever Bella (tiger snake) and Charlee my King Charles Cavalier (tumour) so to receive this mug did bring tears to my eyes ... happy tears that I can have a cuppa with them every morning
