22.01.2022 ADHD hyperactivity is not just running around and bouncing off the walls! @adhdactually These are 9 traits that I find best explain my hyperactivity, thoug...h they aren’t universal ADHD traits. Please know this pic is only a conversation starter, not a diagnosis tool! My hyperactivity presents mostly as an internal restless feeling. Having anxiety as well as ADHD meant that pre diagnosis I’d often use the word anxious or nervous instead of restless. These days I can untangle the two a little easier! Do you relate to any of my hyperactivity traits? What does hyperactivity look or feel like to you? See more

11.01.2022 Here it is! The mother of all lists for Home Learning! Click here to download it for free: https://rebeccasparrow.com/home-learning/ When I asked you guys for ...the best educational websites and apps - you responded with hundreds of ideas. And so many that I'd just never heard of. From French to history, maths to geography, science to yoga -- there are amazing learning resources online and most of it is totally FREE. I've also managed to include over 100 NO-TECH games and activities to keep your kids occupied over the school holidays and beyond. Most importantly - cut yourself some slack. A movie, reading a recipe and helping to make dinner, watching Bluey, jumping on the trampoline, writing letters and playing a board-game are just as good as anything else right now. We are all in this together and we're about to find a new normal. At least for a while. Everything is going to be okay. Bec xxx https://rebeccasparrow.com/home-learning/
