21.01.2022 Cattle are settling in well at #buxton . We were up super early this morning to set up the next few weeks of cattle moves, so we’re feeling super organised now. The grass here is amazing, as always, and I’ve noticed a few small Changes in the pasture since last year, like more clovers and medics. #holisticpastoral #regenerativeagriculture #regenerativefarming #regenerativebeef

13.01.2022 We beat the sun up today in #buxton to prepare for the cattle move from #hanshazelnuts to #herronsbrook .... chest high grass, clear trout streams and shady river flats ahead for the summer and nicely mowed, manures and mulch pasture behind... a big thanks again to Moni from Hans Hazelnuts for entrusting us again with her land!
