07.01.2022 Interoception awareness is our internal sensory system: our internal body sensations. This is important for regulating our emotions and feelings. Our spin on developing interoception awareness! Investigating together the temperature difference with and without blubber in freezing conditions. Children who struggle with interoception awareness may have trouble recognising hunger, thirst, temperature difference or bathroom needs.
