What an awesome fun way to include positive healthy affirmations with our children and if u don’t have kids still have a go it’s not just for kids cells. Adults need happy healthy cells too and I’m always up for a jingle and jive ha ha

17.01.2022 Was on struggle street today so dragged my butt out to pound the pavement and was welcomed by this beautiful site when I was walking back home to bunker down. Thank goodness for my legs and heart and lungs that function so well thank goodness for the natural feel good hormones that my body produces while pounding out that pavement thank goodness for my eyes that see the light and beauty all around. Feel the trying times we are in but feel the good times that we still have too. How are you making yourself feel better when your feeling overwhelmed?

I use to volunteer with babymum Australia doing belly casts and at the time we made up these DIY kits and were selling them for $40. How ever some didn’t get sold and unfortunately are a few years old now and have an expired date on the plaster so we can’t sell them but we can give one away.

Love love love essential oils they seem to effect my instantly and bring me great joy, calm, energy what ever my heart desires including immune boosting properties. I ten to get around with my oils though there is a few brands I love. I do seem to have more @doterra ones due to having a membership and they can have some great BOGO deals (I love a good deal) let me know if your interested in getting a membership nooooooo preasuu...uuure. I also love @oilgardenbyronbay garden they have great specials too and bluegum oils which I actually get from my local @embellishgifts store and @zearelief is a beautiful family based business who use to live in Tasmania. Oh yeah I also use some beautiful pregnancy and labour blends from my training with @pregnancymassageaustralia @arbonne also make some lovely blends to. See I told u I love my oils. 05.01.2022 After a morning of maths and writing we headed on an excursion to the beach to boost our Immune systems and our mindset. So blessed to be in Tasmania where there is next to no one on the beach.

02.01.2022 It is with a very heavy heart that I am unable to continue Massage during these times especially when I know how beneficial it is for the immune system. It has been advised and pushed by my association to cease massage treatments. I thank everyone of you and your valued support over the last 12 months and hope that I can continue massaging in the very near future once Tasmania becomes are little more clearer on where we are at. ...
