With the easing of restrictions I will continue to offer online consultation via zoom for your continuous support and convenience. In addition in person sessions will be available at the clinic in the heart & centre of Cockatoo!

08.01.2022 Happy anniversary to Holistic Development & Wellbeing! 3 years ago I embarked onto the journey of opening my own practice! I am so grateful and honoured that I have been and continue to be able to hold a safe and nurturing space for individuals and groups! ... This year has been especially challenging for many as we navigate our wellbeing through times of covid. I am grateful that I was able to continue to provide supports online & now also again in my new clinic space at The Good Life Cockatoo! I am looking forward to share with you some planned and upcoming workshops soon; as we are waiting for restrictions to further ease!!!
