Step up your cardio ( keeps you warm on cold days) 2. Cut back on all sugars ( up protein intake and drink green tea to reduce cravings.) 3.Cut back on alcohol ( Winter is boring for going out it’s too cold .)... 4. Lift lift lift some dammm weights.
