17.01.2022 Hi there I have noticed a few more people have jumped on board here for the journey of... Self care ~ Self Love rituals I wanted to properly introduce myself I grew up in an alternative home. My father was a homoeopathic practitioner who used many modalities in his clinic such as massage, naturopathic consulting, colonic irrigation, magnetic and heat therapy, Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Our diet was different to most as I noticed at school, where other kids would have chocolate cow's milk and I would have Carrot and ginger juice I remember reading through all my father's clinical books and asking him many questions and being super curious about our mind and bodies. He had many friends who were healers and one of my favourites was a beautiful lady who was a pshycic healer practitioner and also taught yoga. One of my firsts books I read in full was 'You can Heal your life' by Louise Hays and this opened me up to even more questions about life and our potent abilities to heal. I left Australia in my late teens and moved to Spain. Menorca became my new home for 14 years and I travelled every year for up to 6 months at a time to many countries. In my travels I had many encounters with different types of healers and shamans,witnessing and being part of many beautiful rituals and receiving healing therapies. All of this has shaped who I am and my practice as a massage therapist and Selfcare - Self love Ritual advocate. I offer grounding Self awareness An understanding of your mind +body + soul I want you to feel comfortable in your body and love every part of it!!

13.01.2022 TEA Tea is a part of my daily ritual ... Now close to my 40's I am choosing to fast 16 hours a day. And no I am not starving myself as a good 9 of those 16 hours I am sleeping. I start my day with a warm lemon tea (sometimes infused with ginger) home made with I will then make a small pot of Yerba Mate , a South American tea I become familiar with whilst living with Argentinean people in Spain. Throughout the day and between clients I will sip on peppermint tea. And to end my day I will use a calming and soothing mix with a base of chamomile I have been trying loads of different bought teas.
