21.01.2022 On this journey I am discovering that love trumps all and we can either choose to react or stay triggered. We may feel that others are reacting towards us also. Deeper rooted this is just a cry out for love and unity. Where are you acting out or turning a blind eye to the fact that maybe someone who is triggering you is just searching for that love themselves or maybe you see this within you? I know I have had moments throughout life where I have to ask myself am I coming from a place of love or fear. This is a choice we all have.

14.01.2022 I am in the process of believing Up until recently I have found it triggering to believe certain words/feelings/emotions that I want to embody when I have been doing my affirmations, mirror work, self talk, journaling or any type of self love. I felt gutted and at times my inner mean girl would end up come out and I would end up sabotaging the belief/woman I wanted to embody to continue on this journey of growth in life. But until recently when I was on a beautiful call wit...h an incredible bunch of women, that during the conversation I heard this reframe I am in the process of believing and I really resonated with this. Even just saying this now it feels so much more empowering, plus I am human, I’m not perfect but I’m going to give it my absolute best to show up and continue this journey as the women I want to show up as in this world, even if I don’t always get it right.
