25.01.2022 Happy Father's day to those with us and those passed over. To my Dad, although we had a tumultuous relationship, I am grateful in the last six weeks of your life we were able to resolve so much pain and to heal. To those of you who are doing the job of a father, I send you love and light, Happy Father's day everyone <3

25.01.2022 It's so wonderful Darwin has this additional centre for those with mental health issues. Remember, mental health is just as important as your physical health, if not more important.

23.01.2022 I've been a busy bee!!! Seeing clients and studying for a couple of really MASSIVE exams next week. Here I am studying for my STATS exam on Monday. My mock exams I do well with, so hopefully that means enough has sunk in to pass the real exam.

14.01.2022 I'm sending this to anyone who has experienced loss this year. I have no words to ease your pain. I have no magic wand, though I wish I did. 2020 has been so hard for so many... and the loss of a loved one is just additional heartache and pain. Please know you are loved, and cared for. My thoughts are with you as you navigate the new reality you find yourselves in. Perhaps the words in the below picture may bring some comfort! I'm unsure who the author is, however the words... are poignant. Grief is so personal; this will be the one and only post to let you all know that you are in my thoughts and that I send love and healing to all Take care, Tam xx

12.01.2022 Physical health and mental health are extremely important. My husband and I have taken advantage of the public holiday and have gone bush walking and and stair climbing, as exercise is perfect for physical and mental fitness. What have you got planned for the long weekend? Happy Easter everyone <3

11.01.2022 I've been so blessed to take a group of beautiful souls through six weeks of meditation. Every Monday evening for the past six weeks, we have enjoyed deep relaxation and rejuvenation. One lovely soul gifted me these flowers tonight. I can't wait for them to open and bloom, just as the meditators have done over the past few weeks! I'm feeling very blessed.

06.01.2022 What a wonderful morning at Top End Mental Health Consumers Organisations (TEMHCO) Open Day!

05.01.2022 The best cup of tea in the world. The staff at Darwin Private are AMAZING!!! I have never had any complaints. Ive been treated really well. It's after 3am and i have a headache so the beautiful night nuse who has been looking after me all night not only gave me panadol (endone already taken,) she was quite happy to make me a cup of tea. Nuses are unsung heroes. I have had my flappy bat wings removed because no matter how much muscle i build from bootcamp...the fatty arms that... wobble like turkey necks in the wind, would never go. Im 44 in 15 days and for the first time in my life I am something other then the fat and ugly friend. I feel beautiful on the outside just a much as I now appreciate my inner beauty. Its not much fun growing up and for most of your life feeling fat, and ugly and even uglier on the inside because people dont "get" you. Internally I've grown and blossomed so much with my spirituality, and my psychology is adding another dimension again. I absolutely love it. What i am doing is definately ego because ive weighed the pros and cons and ego has decided this is the best course of action for me on some very deep levels. Superego is what many people mix up - that would have me doing this for vain and superficial reasons. I so love my life right now. Psychology and Spirituality ROCK!!! Love and hugs to all. 03.01.2022 Mental Health is so important, and this morning I did a radio interview on 104.1 Territory FM at 9.30am about the mental health of prison officers (and I will share the recording of the segment soon), and then I did my morning of counselling with the members of TEMHCO. I then came home and did an hour of Yoga. LOVE yoga. It's been a great day of doing what I love and helping those who have mental health issues or concerns.

01.01.2022 Im in the gardens of Holistic Health Services NT because i need to reground!!! Ive just sat a really, really hard statistics exam. Its made me feel sick and so im out in nature to rejuvenate! Who likes nature to feel better? A cup of tea and nature is wonderful!!!
