Quite often we (including me) get stuck using the same foods and getting the same nutrients all the times when our bodies are requiring / craving other things to help our bodies function how it is meant to. 16.01.2022 A new way of eating. I got the ingredients of a green smoothie, including kale, spinach, cucumber, parsley, mint, fresh pineapple, chia seeds and maca powder ready last night, and when I’m finished my walk this morning, all I have to add is coconut water. When I get back, all I have to do is take 30 seconds to blend and consume. A good way to eat healthier; especially on busy mornings

Never forget the value of a juice to get some good nutrients. This includes carrots, apple, orange, kale, ginger, watermelon and lemon oil

01.01.2022 Today’s something different is coconut flesh, FRESH coconut water straight out of the coconut, pineapple, grapefruit, left over pomegranate, apple and passion fruit from yesterday, kale, spinach, ginger, pumpkin seeds, açai powder, and pea protein powder. Just blends it and it tastes AMAZING
