24.01.2022 If you’ve been following my work for a little while, you know I give a lot of importance to creating a good, solid foundation for your body before jumping on any extreme fitness or nutrition programs. 15.01.2022 Comparison is part of our unconscious bias, so we need to remain conscious so we don’t allow it to control our lives. Don’t let the conditioned voices in you determine what is right, wrong or how you or things should be. Always remember who YOU are and how you want to live YOUR life.

06.01.2022 Honouring our resting time is just as important as following through our daily tasks and commitments. Opportunities for change and transformation are often times a product of creating space and allowing for what is ready to unfold. Rest, reflection and self care are available EVERYDAY if you commit yourself to it. All you need to do is set the intention and keep yourself accountable.

06.01.2022 The key to wellbeing is becoming WHOLE. Integration happens when we are able to observe and become a witness to our moment to moment experience without getting tangled with with stories and the sense of identity it brings. Through mindful attention we can observe what’s going and become receptive other than reactive. This gives us access to a bigger ‘container’ for our experience, which allows enough space and time for consciousness to do ‘its thing’. ... Learning to observe chaos without identifying with it is the gateway to integration, and therefore, to wellbeing.



04.01.2022 Be gentle on your process towards a healthy lifestyle. Habits that are hard to change, are often times a result of a habitual disregulation of your nervous system. It is important to understand yourself and go really slow in your process. #begentle
