15.01.2022 Although I'm on a short break, I snuk into the clinic this afternoon to mix up Shodhana Churna, a traditional formulation used as part of an Ayurvedic cleanse/detox, and a Lepa Kalapana mix, which is a a herbal topical paste or skin mask. I love the diverse uses of Ayurvedic preparations! #ayurveda #herbs
