Now in the hope ...of not sounding negative, but more realistic, sometimes we may feel pressure to be positive 100% of the the time. We are often told to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude. That winners engage in positive thinking, and our success is dependent on our ability to avoid being negative. . . It can be exhausting to be positive all of the time. Life happens, and sometimes you can just feel a bit meh, sometimes something happens and sometimes it is because of no apparent reason. . . By facing the negative feeling, processing it and moving forward, you are accepting your feelings. . . *if you are feeling down for more than 2 weeks and just not yourself, please contact your doctor.
