23.01.2022 Holistic Homes Tip #4 Replace perfumes with Essential Oils Whilst certain perfumes can smell pleasing they sadly contain a buffet of toxic chemicals and with every sniff you are exposing your respiratory system (and those around you!) with these harmful chemicals. What I like about replacing perfumes with essential oils is that not only do they smell delicious they contain so many lovely plant compounds to keep your body healthy... After a shower I like placing a few drops of Peace and Calming (a Young Living blend that is part of your Starter Pack) to 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or jojoba oil, mix well and starting at my feet I massage the blend into my skin working my way up to my face. I am left with the gorgeous aroma of the oil the whole day it's gorgeous. I have had so many people complement about what I am wearing! Other oils that are lovely include Lavender, Frankincense, Stress away (especially if you have a busy day ahead & need support) and Valor (known as the 'confidence in a bottle oil'). These oils come in your Starter Pack too You could also apply oils neat to your skin however if you have sensitive skin or applying to children please dilute the oil via adding to a base (such as coconut oil/jojoba oil). In addition oils such as lemon and orange can increase photosensitivity to your skin in the sun so I would avoid those if you plan on being in the sun most of the day My biggest take away with essential oils is that they are not all the same. Young Living are so potent, pure and have the most delicious blends. Once you become a member you will get discounts on their other gorgeous, pure products too (they have over 200 products! Including toothpaste, make up, shampoo, ect). I would love to help get you started on your oily journey! Once you sign up under me you get my unlimited support and a gift. Please reach out of you would like to get startedLots of love Rebecca xxx

18.01.2022 These 2 little treats arrived todayLets just say I definitely couldn't sneak up on anyone today-they would smell the lavender on me a mile away I'm definitely a lavender girl. It brings me back down when I can get a little 'flighty' or anxious. The lavender pictured here is for diffusing and the roll on 'Tranquil' is to have in the car or when I am out and about and need to take a breath and centre myself. I also use it as a natural perfume too. The 'Tranquil' roll on c...ontains Lavender, Chamomile & cedarwood. It's dreamy and calming I personally only use 'Young Living' essential oils as their quality and purity is second to none. If you are interested in essential oils or want to dip your toe in and purchase a 'starter pack' which contains 12 everyday oils (plus some other goodies) please reach out. When u purchase through me I will be able to hold your hand through all the how to's of using your oils and how to get the most out of them. Lots of love, Rebecca xxx See more

17.01.2022 Holistic Homes Tip #5 Use a filter on your shower and bath In addition to a quality filter for your drinking water it is also worth investing in a filter for your shower and bath as well. Tap water contains fluoride, chlorine, heavy metals and even various bacterias. Our skin is our largest organ and it is highly permeable. Essentially what we put onto our skin we are absorbing into our body too. If you can't eat or drink it don't put it on your skin! Personally we use a Za...zen filter for our shower and bath as it removes lots of nasties and leaves our skin feeling soft and hydrated after washing too With love and health, Rebecca

15.01.2022 Holistic Homes Tip #3 Freshen and Purify the air in your home While indoor plants do an amazing job at purifying the air in our homes we can also boost the air quality by diffusing essential oils or making our own air freshener (keep reading for my favourite recipe!) Diffusing oils is better than 'burning' them over candles or electric burners as it can heat away the therapeutic qualities in the oils. Diffusing gently allows the oils natural aromatic qualities to work its way... through your home Simply add drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser with water. I personally love the blends Peace & Calming and Stress Away if I (or the kids!) need grounding or Peppermint & Orange for an invigorating uplift For an easy peasy air freshener recipe (which works a treat for those smellier areas of the house such as the laundry, bathroom & toilet) mix together 1/2 cup of Baking Soda with 15 drops of Lemon essential oil. Place in a glass jar in the corner of your chosen room. The Baking Soda will absorb odours while the lemon will freshen the air. You could also try Baking Soda and Lavender mix to place by beds at night to assist with sleep The oils I love and adore for the potency, purity and gorgeous blends are Young Living. A beautiful Starter Pack which includes 12 of your essential everyday oils (including Peace & Calming and Stress Away), gorgeous diffuser (pictured below), Thieves hand sanitiser and spray & 2 powerful antioxidant satchels for your smoothies. Please reach out to me if you would like to get an amazing starter pack in your hands! When you sign up though me I will be there to help guide you with how to use these oils to the fullest and to give you a free gift to help start you on your oily journey, love Rebeccaxxx
13.01.2022 Holistic Homes Tip #2 Swap the shower for a bath Often we jump in the shower at the end of the day as it's quick and easy (I'm definitely guilty of that!). But if you can try incorporating a bath a few times a week your body will thank you for it. A bath is the ultimate nourishment for a tired body and for calming the mind after a long day Try adding 2-3 tablespoons of Epsom salts to your bath along with some beautiful essential oils such a Lavender, Frankincense or an upli...fting citrus oil such Lemon or Orange. Another lovely addition to your bath is adding 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda as it will make your skin so silky soft. Don't forget to light a candle and set the mood If you would like a beautiful bath blend reach out as I make them. It makes a lovely gift too In addition if you would like to know more about essential oils and how to get some gorgeous oils for your home please reach out. I would love to help guide you and get you started. When you join through me I have some lovely complementary gifts for you too, love Rebecca xx

12.01.2022 To mix things up a little I added 2 drops of Lemon essential oil into my smoothie this morning. It was amazing! It added a lovely fresh zingy hit to the smoothie I only use Young Living oils for their purity & potency. The gorgeous lemon essential oil comes in the Starter Pack and is an absolute essential for diy cleaners, diffusing, adding to recipes, ect. Contact me anytime to learn how you can get these oils in your home & your free gift
11.01.2022 These 2 are my WHY. Why I choose to prioritise our health over anything else. Why I choose to teach and support others as a Naturopath. Because I believe health and happiness are found on the same side of the coin. My children remind me everyday that I am not just a parent I am a role model for them. When we care and love ourselves enough to prioritise our health and live our best life so do our children I practise on Saturdays and I would love to help support you live your best and healthiest life, Rebecca x

07.01.2022 My aim as your Naturopath is to make you feel safe, comfortable and heard. I have tried to create a space of calm in my clinic room to help you relax and for you to feel as though it is your 'second home'. The first thing I do with my clients upon arrival is make them one of my organic handmade teas (of their choice) and diffuse some gorgeous oils. If you have been wanting to get your health back on track or would like to get a general wellness check up I am here for you. I practice on Saturdays and I would love to here from you, Rebecca xxx
04.01.2022 YesI am here for you when you are ready to get your health back on track, Rebecca x
04.01.2022 Wow this is eye opening. Be sure to keep an eye on your screen time (phone, tv, laptop) and especially with our children who do not need it. Screens are incredibly addictive (our body releases dopamine to it) and if not managed can destroy our relationships xxx
