23.01.2022 Are you planning to eat endless amounts of chocolate this long weekend?? We'll turn a blind eye just this once - as long as you promise to give your teeth a good brush (morning and night) over the next four days! Wishing you all a safe & happy Easter. These times will be used to treat urgent dental situations only, as per the ADA restrictions mentioned in our previous post. 17.01.2022 We have some GOOD NEWS! Dental treatments restrictions have now been eased to Level 1, which indicates we can now perform most procedures with enhanced screening. In the coming days/weeks, we will be working to contact all the patients that we had to reschedule, and in the meantime, we will be happy to book you in for any dental treatment you require, including a routine dental check up and clean! 17.01.2022 Our first (relatively) normal week back at work is about to wrap up! Thank you to everyone for sticking by us and for following the social distancing and hand washing rules. Give us a call to book in for your routine check-up or if you have any other dental needs. But remember to stay at home if you are unwell, if you are showing any Covid symptoms, or if you are in an at-risk group. And in other news...... Say hello to our practice mascot! This little figurine has sat on our reception desk (and now behind the reception so no one is tempted to touch it) for many years now. We are still trying to decide on what type of animal it is - what's your guess?

14.01.2022 With your patience and understanding, we were able to reschedule months of appointments at the beginning of the covid pandemic. Unfortunately, this means our dentists are still playing catch-up, as we work towards getting everyone back on track for their six monthly or yearly check up appointments. In these uncertain times, we want to take any opportunity we can to keep you informed as to how the Coronavirus (COVID 19) has affected our business. The latest enforcements from the Australian Dental Association determine that we must postpone all non-urgent dental treatment (ie. check ups, cleans, elective procedures such as veneers, and non-urgent fillings), in an effort to aid social distancing an...d self-isolation policies Australia-wide. We are doing our best to get in touch with those who will need to have their appointments cancelled or postponed, but this is a mammoth task and may take some time. WE NEED YOUR HELP! If you or a family member have a non-urgent appointment in the coming weeks or months, we would greatly appreciate it if you could give us a call to cancel or to postpone to later in the year. 10.01.2022 As these school holidays have drawn to a close, we have had a little bit of time to reflect on these strange times. This was the first school holidays in many years that our dentists have not been booked back to back with many of our favourite families coming in for their six monthly or yearly check ups We just want to say that we miss you, we miss watching your families grow and thrive, and we miss taking care of any and all of your dental needs.... Rest assured, we will be back to our usual operating hours as soon as is possible. But for now, hang in there and stay safe
