21.01.2022 We helped a customer out with a repair on their patio. The previous owner erected a home made patio and it wasnt quite right. There were gaps between the patio and the roof and water would come streaming down and the fall wasnt away from the house roof so water would flow back to the gap. Instead of replacing the whole patio at quite an expense we adjusted the fall and put some flashing in place and filled the gaps in the ribs with foam. This is the message message I received from the customer: Hi Lance, Thankyou so much for your expertise yesterday. It was lovely this morning to look outside the sliding door and not see it wet out there.

09.01.2022 With rain forecast for early next week, now is the time to apply a good quality soil wetting agent and slow release fertiliser. When choosing a fertiliser be sure to check that it is the right type for lawn and ground conditions. If you need somebody to do it for you give us a call and we will be happy to help you out.

08.01.2022 A customer had a leaking roof at the joint where an extension was done several years ago. At the time the contractor didnt install any flashing to prevent water from washing into the roof space. Unfortunately during the last rain some water came in so we installed some new flashing to stop it happening again. One thing we do is rivet each lip and seal it up with foam, some call it overkill, we call it doing the job right.
